Cloud Assessments

Harness the Power of the Cloud

Remaining competitive in any industry is a struggle. Having effective IT solutions can improve agility, efficiency, flexibility, collaboration, and innovation at your organization, all while cutting costs. One of the best ways to achieve this is by bringing your organization into the cloud. However, all organizations and businesses are different in how they can best utilize cloud services and infrastructure. At BayCCS, we offer comprehensive assessments to determine exactly how cloud services can bring you to the next level.

Assessment Strategies

Readiness

Determining which aspects of your daily operations are ready to go to the cloud is a major consideration. We do a full analysis of the applications you use and decide which are ready to go, what needs some work to get on the cloud, and which are not ready for cloud migration.

Optimization

At BayCCS, we believe in guiding our clients only toward services and applications that will actually benefit them. We analyze your current infrastructure and employee workloads to see how the cloud could best optimize your operation. The size and scale of your cloud services should match your needs – no more, no less. This helps control costs and offer your organization the best options available.

Cost Assessment

Once we assess the exact needs of your organization, we give a thorough rundown of what it will cost you. We work within your budget and need to get the most out of your investment and can always scale up or down in the future.

Making a Smooth Transition

The goal of migrating to the cloud is to improve productivity, not create downtime. We develop personalized implementation strategies to seamlessly migrate your network into the cloud without slowing down daily operations.
